You may have heard how bad the new Star Wars show “The Acolyte” is, but you need to hear what happened in a most recent episode.

This was intentional to get you and your children through media that you trusted. The poisoning of a beloved (albeit theologically suspect) franchise was not a mistake. Poor writing and comedic miscues aside, the long march through the institutions proposed by men like Antonio Gramsci and Rudi Dutschke. When the Marxists failed to create revolution because the peasants were doing well, they like most narcissists did not repent but simply changed tactics. They instead chose to subvert long and slow all institutions, Star Wars and media included.

The most recent offense was an episode that showed Lesbian space witches create life on their own, through commanding the force.

It’s a shot at Genesis 1 and 2. You can even see how it’s a shot at how God declares “it is not good that man should be alone” referencing how Adam can’t fulfill the creation mandate and have children.

26 Then God said, “Let us make man[h] in our image, after our likeness. And let them have dominion over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the heavens and over the livestock and over all the earth and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth.”

27 So God created man in his own image,
    in the image of God he created him;
    male and female he created them.

28 And God blessed them. And God said to them, “Be fruitful and multiply and fill the earth and subdue it, and have dominion over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the heavens and over every living thing that moves on the earth.”

Genesis 1:26-28

Here you see humanity created both to have dominion, and to exercise dominion by filling the earth. Forming families and having children plays the central role in that task. Without man and woman, this task of dominion becomes impossible. Outside of marriage, it man and woman have no way of carrying that out.

When no bush of the field[a] was yet in the land[b] and no small plant of the field had yet sprung up—for the Lord God had not caused it to rain on the land, and there was no man to work the ground, and a mist[c] was going up from the land and was watering the whole face of the ground— then the Lord God formed the man of dust from the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and the man became a living creature. And the Lord God planted a garden in Eden, in the east, and there he put the man whom he had formed.

Genesis 2:5-9

God makes man to have dominion but as we see after he names the animals (creating taxonomy and exercising authority by giving them names), something is missing.

18 Then the Lord God said, “It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him a helper fit for[e] him.” 19 Now out of the ground the Lord God had formed[f] every beast of the field and every bird of the heavens and brought them to the man to see what he would call them. And whatever the man called every living creature, that was its name. 20 The man gave names to all livestock and to the birds of the heavens and to every beast of the field. But for Adam[g] there was not found a helper fit for him.

Genesis 2:18-20

The first problem is not that Adam is lonely, it’s that humanity is incomplete. Adam has nobody to reign with, so he his kingship real but is not truly complete. He needs a queen.

21 So the Lord God caused a deep sleep to fall upon the man, and while he slept took one of his ribs and closed up its place with flesh. 22 And the rib that the Lord God had taken from the man he made[h] into a woman and brought her to the man. 23 Then the man said,

“This at last is bone of my bones
    and flesh of my flesh;
she shall be called Woman,
    because she was taken out of Man.”[i]

24 Therefore a man shall leave his father and his mother and hold fast to his wife, and they shall become one flesh. 25 And the man and his wife were both naked and were not ashamed.

Genesis 2:21-24

Instead of woman completing man, and man woman, the mythos is that woman is complete in herself.

Think of how much of a sick parody this is of the virgin birth too. Whereas the sovereign, Holy and distinct God created life in Eve as he does through all women, in the Acolyte the women do so entirely on their own. They are self-sustaining and self-rooted.

Disturbingly as well is the repeated theme of two being really one. You may know this in the term “non-binary” which comes from the Eastern pantheistic mantra that all things are united. Karl Jung continued following Hegel and his hermetic/gnostic followers continue in this tradition and attempt to “collapse the opposites” like. With this comes collapsing/assuming deity within the creation. When you can see that divinity runs through creation not apart from it (they are not opposites) then you can create at will. You may know their ideological ancestors who practiced it by their common name, alchemists, or their relatives’ magicians. Any idea that tells you can bring something into being has the common root shared by our contemporary utopian ideas like Marxist ideologies that dominate the left and the media.

This is a not-so-subtle way (if you have heard these ideas before) to slide this pantheistic agenda in media. They are placing the ideology over quality writing and art.

While I am told the depiction is not to be positive of the group, it does not seem to be either or. It is rife with the “black and white” of a civilization in decline, and it remains that one of the female virgin births is portrayed as a hero. This makes here Christ figure all her own. The very fact that the art is presented as possible introduces these hermetic ideas, much like the witchcraft craze of the 90’s did. Star Wars always was a subtle introduction of Eastern, particularly Buddhist thought. Now you are seeing more and more it is explicitly being made a vehicle for an ideologically pure relative in this Pantheistic push.

Now motherhood is the highest good when there isn’t a man around? What lies underneath this?

The simple reality that this is all about rejection of the created order, because it is about rebellion against God. The lie of the serpent is that we can be self-sustaining and play the role of creators. But we cannot, neither can we escape the design God has placed in the creation including ourselves. All we end up with is bizarre even laughable parodies like what Star Wars has become.
